Kristin Cavallari and Mark Estes have ended their relationship. The former star of “The Hills” and the Montana Boyz TikToker had been dating for roughly seven months before deciding to part ways. The announcement of their breakup surfaced through several media outlets on September 27. Kristin subtly confirmed the split during an onstage conversation with Alex Cooper of the “Call Her Daddy” podcast at her Unwell Tour event in Austin, Texas. “It’s so fresh,” she remarked, adding that she hadn’t planned to disclose the news.

The breakup news coincided with former “The Hills” costar Jason Wahler’s public support for Kristin, commending both her and Mark during an interview at the 2024 People’s Choice Country Awards on September 26. “Dude, if Kristin’s happy, then I’m all for it,” he told. “Mark’s a really cool and sweet guy.”

Kristin, 37, and Mark, 24, had made their romance public in February, with Kristin posting a cozy selfie on Instagram captioned, “He makes me happy.” The relationship began after Mark reached out to Kristin through a direct message saying, “I love you.” Despite facing some public criticism over their 13-year age gap, they appeared unbothered. In March, Mark said “She makes happy, and I make her happy. That’s what’s important.”

During their relationship, Kristin introduced Mark to her former costars and her children—Camden, 12, Jaxon, 10, and Saylor, 8—whom she shares with ex-husband Jay Cutler. Kristin said in August that her kids loved Mark and that he fit well into their lives.

Kristin did not entirely dismiss the idea of having another child with Mark early in their relationship. On the April 2 episode of her podcast “Let’s Be Honest,” she mentioned considering it because Mark wanted a child. However, she stressed that it was too early to make such decisions, as she stated on the April 16 episode of her podcast.

Throughout the relationship, the topic of having children was a recurring discussion on her podcast. On the September 3 episode, Mark expressed his desire for a future involving marriage and family, prompting Kristin to tease him about having a baby.

The couple shared many memorable moments, such as attending the Stagecoach Festival in California, visiting Mark’s home state of Montana, staying at Tennessee’s Bolt Farm Treehouse, and vacationing in the Bahamas with Kristin’s children.
