Another lawsuit has been filed against music producer Sean “Diddy” Combs, who is accused of sexually assaulting a male victim after luring him to a birthday party.
According to the lawsuit, the event occurred in November 2022, when the anonymous plaintiff was drawn to a luxury birthday party after being seen performing as a street musician outside a nightclub in Los Angeles.

The lawsuit, filed by Texas lawyer Tony Busby, who represents more than 150 complainants against Combs, claims that the producer drugged the plaintiff’s drink and promised him “many assurances regarding securing a significant recording contract.”

According to the complaint, Combs took the plaintiff to a private room, where he began to feel drowsy, dizzy, and euphoric before allegedly being sexually assaulted.
The next morning, he woke up at home connected to an IV.

The lawsuit states: “Due to Combs’ power and fame, and because he was in shock and embarrassed, the plaintiff did not report what happened.”
The plaintiff is seeking a jury trial to award compensation for “physical injuries, emotional distress, psychological harm, anxiety, humiliation, physical and emotional pain and suffering, and family and social disruption.”

Combs’ attorney rejected the claims on behalf of his client, who is currently in custody. In a statement to USA Today, he said, “As we have previously mentioned, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new media attempt, even when the allegations are clearly baseless or false.

Both Mr. Combs and his legal team have complete confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will come out.
Mr. Combs has never sexually abused or trafficked anyone, whether male or female, adult or minor.”

This lawsuit adds to more than 100 civil lawsuits and criminal charges filed against Combs.
In another case filed last week, Combs was accused of drugging two women and forcing them to have sex at a New York hotel in the 1990s.
Combs, 54, is currently in custody awaiting trial on charges of human trafficking and extortion charges he denies in full.
